We're looking for a driven BDE who can own the
full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities on freelance and
professional platforms to closing deals and keeping clients engaged
long-term. Minimum 3 years of experience; compensation is no bar for
someone who brings real results.
What you'll do
Source and convert leads via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and
other relevant channels
Understand client needs and craft proposals that win
Lead requirement discussions with prospects and keep
communication sharp through the sales cycle
Own follow-ups and actively push deals to closure
Nurture client relationships beyond the first project
What we look for
3–5 years in IT services business development
Proven track record with Upwork and/or Freelancer bidding
Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of Mobile Apps, Web, AI, or IoT services
Someone who doesn't wait for leads — goes out and creates them
A great entry point into product engineering at NistantriTech. You'll work across frontend and backend on real Web, Mobile, and IoT products — guided by senior engineers who care about your growth. Freshers and developers with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
What we look for
Fresher or up to 2 years of hands-on development experience
Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript on frontend or backend
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how web applications are structured
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and ship working code
Nice to have
Any exposure to Angular, React, or Node.js
Academic or personal projects involving web apps, dashboards, or APIs
Basic awareness of IoT, MQTT, or connected device software

and we need a developer who can hold their own across the full stack.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll work across
frontend and backend, contribute to product decisions, and grow with
a team that moves fast on meaningful problems.
What we look for
Strong JavaScript skills across both frontend and backend
Solid full stack experience — comfortable owning a feature end
to end
Sharp debugging instincts and clean problem-solving under real
constraints
Someone who picks up new platforms and tools without hand-holding
Nice to have
Angular experience
Exposure to IoT systems or connected device software
ThingsBoard knowledge — dashboards, rule chains, or integrations
Familiarity with MQTT, BLE, or real-time data handling
Learn and contribute to real ThingsBoard
deployments: dashboards, rule chains, device connectivity, and customer
IoT solutions. Mentorship from senior engineers; ideal if you enjoy IoT
platforms and want hands-on cloud dashboard work.
What we look for
Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career developer
with interest in IoT
Basic understanding of MQTT/HTTP and how devices talk to the
cloud
Willingness to learn ThingsBoard (Community or PE concepts)
Logical debugging and clear written communication
Nice to have
Personal or academic projects involving dashboards, APIs, or
telemetry
Familiarity with JSON, REST, or SQL basics
Work on software that powers IoT products:
services, integrations, data pipelines, and tooling alongside our
engineering team. Suited for developers who like backend or full-stack
work tied to connected devices.
What we look for
Student, fresher, or junior developer with strong interest in
IoT systems
Comfortable with at least one of: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python,
or Java
Understanding of APIs, Git, and how web services are structured
Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment
Nice to have
Exposure to message brokers (e.g. MQTT), time-series data, or
cloud basics
Coursework or projects on distributed systems or automation
Support AI-enabled features for IoT and internal
tools: data preparation, model evaluation, integration experiments, and
documentation. We value curiosity and rigor over a long resume.
What we look for
Student or fresher with coursework or self-study in ML
fundamentals
Comfortable with Python and notebooks or small scripts
Interest in applying AI to real-world data (e.g. sensor or
operational data)
Clear thinking about limitations, testing, and responsible use
of models
Nice to have
Experience with a common framework (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch
basics)
Any project involving data cleaning, evaluation metrics, or APIs
